With Incendium, our expert service doesn’t stop with your fireplace installation. Just because we know exactly how our products work, doesn’t mean you do! After your stove has been installed our team will talk you through how to use and care for your new fireplace or stove. We will also send over a full end of installation guide which will cover all of this, just in case you forget.
To maintain your fireplace and stove and ensure it is in full working order, your appliance will need to be swept every year or every six months with heavy use. We offer a sweep and service reminder service, so when that time comes around we will contact you and book you in, don’t worry about remembering the dates, let us take care of it. At this appointment we will also check that the appliance is in full working order, that seals and bricks do not need to be replaced and if you have a functional carbon monoxide alarm.
