Our installation process involves dropping a flexible flue liner down the chimney with a cowl being attached to the chimney pot. A steel plate is stalled inside the top of the fireplace to close it off and the flue is then attached to the stove, with a ridged piece of flue pipe from the plate down. We use ladders to gain access to the chimney for a large majority of our installations, to save you the cost and hassle of unsightly scaffolding or cherry pickers.

We are independent and impartial installers, so while we only recommend the highest quality wood burners, we won’t try and persuade you to use a certain stove. We are happy for you to choose one of our wood burning stoves, or you can supply your own for installation providing it meets the current standards.

If you live in a smoke control area, you may still be able to purchase a wood burner. Get in touch with us and we can discuss options available to you, for example all of our stoves are DEFRA approved which are permitted for use in smoke control areas.
