How We Work
FREE HOME SURVEY
Once you have booked a free home survey, Matthew will visit you to discuss all the options available. You will be able to view images of work and material samples. This is the decision making stage, we will be able to advise you of the best options and finishes (keeping within regulations of course).
ESTIMATE
You will receive a fully itemised estimate within 72 hours (3 working days). The estimate will be a true representation of what we expect to charge you. If unforeseen circumstances arise and the cost is likely to change we will provide you with all updated information before any of the work is carried out. Once you are happy with the estimate we will establish a feasible deadline that suits you.
UNDERTAKING THE WORK
After covering/protecting surfaces the Incendium team work efficiently to complete work to deadline and to the high standards we are known for. We keep you informed throughout the process.
COMPLETION
As approved installers we will sign off your installation and inform all the relevant parties such as and your local fire station. Using approved installers means there is no need to inform building control. If you have opted for a gas or electric appliance, our trained Gas Safe engineers or NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) electricians will sign off and notify the relevant parties.
AFTERCARE
Once installation is complete we can offer additional services, for example painting & decorating or a deep clean of the room. We will send an annual sweep reminder to keep your fireplace working at its best.
